The Peach is the state fruit of Georgia, and Georgia is known as the "Peach State."

The Georgia state mammal is the Northern Atlantic Right Whale. It is a critically endangered species and only about 350 survive. The Georgia's coastal waters are an important calving area

I don't think so, but I really don't know.

Besides, pinnipeds are cuter (though their scat can be stinky).

I was a zookeeper in Atlanta for twenty-five years and the zoo had California Sea Lions. Their scat didn't smell that bad, but maybe I was used to it. I can attest that their bite is very painful.

The group we had bred several times and we raised several pups (as infant sea lions are called).

Not really. The Submariner has been spotted swimming with the whales off the coast of Georgia, and Aquaman has been seen lounging on the California beaches with the sea lions. Don't laugh, it's true!!

According to Defenders #88 it was the Hulk, not his non-teammate Namor, who was the Prince of Whales.

Vagabond was one of those spectacularly weird characters you'd only have found in the Golden Age, a police officer named Pat Murphy who operated undercover disguised as a hobo named Chauncey Throttlebottom III, wearing make-up and a false stomach. Possibly the kindest thing you could say about him was that he wasn't quite as stupid as Madame Fatal.

Madame Fatal wasn't "stupid" . . . he was just a little off.

I wonder how that feature would go if someone like Grant Morrison brought it back?

That is a frightening thought.

I have long toyed with the idea of a limited series in which Madam Fatal meets and battles the Spider Widow and they fall in love despite not initially knowing each others secrets. In the end, they would hook up permanently, and we would basically have a young heterosexual couple fighting crime disguised as a pair of elderly lesbians. Do you think it's a pitch that would appeal to Grant?

Somehow, I think a better twist would be if two guys who fight crime dressed as little old ladies fall in love, each thinking the other is a young woman disguised as an old lady!

I want her to be rebooted and have the power to conjure up spiders made from ectoplasm, or something, so she never runs out of arachnids. I mean, what's the use of being able to control black widow spiders if you're in Yorkshire?
