Same as the real one, I think. They certainly wouldn't dare to make her weaker. I don't really know, though.

A human tapped into the Speed Force. The Flash is the fastest man alive, Superman is a man (the clue is in the name), ergo the Flash is faster than Superman.

Ah, maybe on foot-but Superman has been seen to fly at speeds which I'd say exceed the Flash's top speed on foot.

What about Wonder Woman? Where does she fall on the fastness scale? I mean, didn't she and Batman once outright DECLARE her to be faster than Superman? Wouldn't that make HER faster than the Flash, since Superman is? Is the Flash just Superman and Wonder Woman with less powers?!?!
