Golden Age Green Lantern (Alan Scott)!
NOTE: I noticed we had "Happy 75th Anniversary!" threads for The Flash (Jay) and Hawkman (Carter), but it doesn't look like Alan ever got one!
And since a certain someone tends to "poo-poo" threads for "Happy 78th Anniversary", . . . we're going this way instead!
First appeared: All-American Comics #16, cover-dated July 1940!
And, while Jay was only featured on one variant cover celebrating the 75th anniversary of that franchise, Alan was featured on two variant covers commemorating the 75th anniversary of that franchise!

"Alleged daughter." Did she turn out to actually be his pet hamster or something?

At that point I think they were still trying to be mysterious. That usually doesn't work.

What's Jennie-Lynn and Todd's current status?

Possibly "non-existent"?Lucy Ingram wrote:What's Jennie-Lynn and Todd's current status?
(Hell, even their father hasn't been actually seen since Flashpoint except on anniversary covers. There was a guy in the New52 on another Earth that had his name and a ring, but as far as I know we've only seen what is believed to be possibly his power battery in Doomsday Cluck so far?)

"Sentinel's energy can create anything he imagines, but cannot affect wood." Why can't he imagine something that can affect wood?

He can imagine things that would typically affect wood, but since they'd be constructed out of the green energy, they wouldn't do anything to the wood.Lucy Ingram wrote:"Sentinel's energy can create anything he imagines, but cannot affect wood." Why can't he imagine something that can affect wood?
(Example: Alan can create a green energy saw, but it wouldn't be able to actually cut the wood.)
