Farewell to Stan Lee, 1922-2018, RIP
He sometimes provoked controversy, but he was undoubtedly a genius, and the greatest showman in comics. Now Stan has left us, and the world is a slightly less magical place. Thank you for everything, Stan. Excelsior. 'Nuff said.

Saw the news on the internet this morning.
It's sad, but also not surprising due to his age (he was older than my late Dad by almost four years). How many comic book creators with careers dating back to the Golden Age are still with us these days?
He will be missed.

And I think this is the most important thing you can say. He will be. His work meant a lot to a lot of people.

It seems we may not quite have seen the last of Stan yet: it's strongly rumoured he had already pre-filmed cameos for a few more Marvel movies!Mbast1 wrote:MajorHoy wrote:He will be missed.

How cool would it be to see news ones he filmed for years to come?
