Fire (Beatriz da Costa), Heroine from Brazil

First appearance (as Green Fury): Super Friends #25 (October 1979)









In her limited first appearance, Green Fury was not yet affiliated with the Global Guardians, but eventually she would become a member. She also changed her name to "Green Flame" and later to just "Fire", plus she would change her costume from time to time as well.

I liked the name "Green Fury", but "Fire" made sense when they paired her up with "Ice".
