Favorite comic book version of Batgirl?
Just going by the comic books (and ignoring any TV and movie versions), who is/was your favorite Batgirl?
NOTE: two different versions of "Barbara Gordon" are listed, as is "Bat-Girl".

Quite alright . . . it just looked strange because at the time, there were only the two votes for pre-CoIE Barbara Gordon, and none for any of the other choices.Lucy McGough wrote:Oops

Wonder if I can bribe anyone else into voting for Cassandra Cain so she's level with Barbara Gordon?
Barbara Gordon is Oracle. Full stop.

Depends on when you were reading comic books. One of the earlier superhero comic books I picked out as a kid wasLucy McGough wrote:Wonder if I can bribe anyone else into voting for Cassandra Cain so she's level with Barbara Gordon?

Also, I had pretty much stopped collecting comic books between 1995 and 2010, which was much of Barbara's time in the "Oracle" role. So I'm not as wedded to that aspect of her.
Besides, there was some fun stuff from her pre-TKJ Batgirl days.

I know it happens with DC characters, but it always seemed to me it was more obligatory / cliché when dealing with Marvel comic book storiesLucy McGough wrote:And they end up fighting each other?
