That...I did not expect.
I mean, I expected it pretty much from the moment the idiot decided she could cheat a death sentence because "hey, it's what we do!"

I thought that that was pretty much perfect.

- Serves Ashildr right. She thought it would be 'okay' to basically kill Rigsy, because he was just a random 'unimportant' person. She ended up killing someone she liked, respected and cared about.
Edit: wait a minute... this ties in with what The Doctor said in The Zygon Inversion, about how when you start a war you never know who will end up dying. I'm impressed.
