The Husbands of River Song
Well, that was quite funny, and then quite sweet. Though since the ending basically took River to where she was in Silence in the Library (with the shorter hair and the screwdriver) I think Moffat has finally closed off any avenue for her to return again. A shame, as she worked very well with Capaldi, I think...

Only if it's still Alex Kingston. She's wonderful as River.

Sadly, I agree with both. I LOVE her character, and I'm sad to see her go, as I think it IS meant to be the end. But I think she DID work well with him, so I can always hope for more.

Depends on the script she's given. I, for one, would like to forget that 'Let's Kill Hitler' ever happened. I think Mr Moffat must have been high or something.

I think Let's Kill Hitler was probably the weakest River Song story (it only really existed to fill in some blanks and advance the ongoing story arc) but it did have Rory saying "OK, I'm putting Hitler in the cupboard", which made it all worth it.Lucy McGough wrote:Mbast1 wrote:Only if it's still Alex Kingston.
