What a terrible year. Carrie Fisher died this morning. I fear what the last few days of the year may bring.

Well, it brought yet another tragedy the following day, for a start. This has been a bloody awful year.

Carrie Fisher, Debbie Reynolds, Gene Wilder, Bowie, Alan Rickman, George Michael, Steve Dillon, Prince, Ali, Robert Vaughn...all gone. Political turmoil in the UK and the US. More terror attacks in Europe. And for me personally, this year has been a disaster from start to finish. Here's hoping 2017 is at least marginally better.
