Me, too. I once tried to hunt down (ha, made the pun by accident) all the Wonder Woman issues she was in, but then found out they'd done trade paperbacks.

You know, maybe there was just one. I think there were two of the JSA trades from the 1970s/80s All Star books, and I might be mixing them up.

I know there were two JSA trades, but I never bought them as I had all the revived All-Star issues already. I rarely bought a Wonder Woman back when Huntress was in it.Mbast1 wrote:tony ingram wrote:I only ever saw the first TPB. How many were there?

I used to have most of the All-Star books, but then had to sell them. I've had to sell a LOT of stuff. But, now I want both of those two volumes and the Huntress one.

I just want to know when they'll collect the rest of Huntress, and Infinity Inc: The Generations Saga volume two!Mbast1 wrote:tony ingram wrote:I know there were two JSA trades, but I never bought them as I had all the revived All-Star issues already. Wouldn't hold my breath waiting for more Infinity Inc. collected editions, since I thought when they originally cancelled any solicitations for "Infinity Inc: The Generations Saga vol. 2" it was said to be because there weren't enough initial orders to justify printing it.tony ingram wrote:I just want to know when they'll collect the rest of Huntress, and Infinity Inc: The Generations Saga volume two!
Plus, I don't know if DC wants to do much that might benefit Roy Thomas these days . . .

I'd bet sales just weren't good enough. Maybe they'll collect them in digital at some point, but even that's iffy.

Absolutely true. They're not so good at remembering that kind of thing it seems.

Operative word being "did".tony ingram wrote:But Roy did a lot that benefited DC!MajorHoy wrote: . . . I don't know if DC wants to do much that might benefit Roy Thomas these days . . .
But how much of Roy's past contributions are still a part of what DC is currently publishing these days, and how much does DC seem to take a "What have you done for me lately?" approach?

Re: Huntress (Helena Wayne version)
Hey! Guess what?
DC is re-issuing a "facsimile edition" of DC Super-Stars #17!
NOTE: I have no idea if they also reprint the original ads / promos in the facsimile version or not.
Also, even though it's supposedly "Offered to coincide with the Catwoman 80th Anniversary 100-Page Super Spectacular #1", I don't think that book has been scheduled for a new release date yet. (It was originally due out April 15th, while the DC Super-Stars #17 facsimile edition was originally scheduled for an April 8th release.)

Me too.tony ingram wrote:I still have the original!
But, you know, this might be worth buying as well, depending on the quality of the printing (paper stock and coloring) . . .

Re: Huntress (Helena Wayne version)
I still don't understand why they've never released a collected edition with this and all of the Huntress strips from Wonder Woman.

Re: Huntress (Helena Wayne version)
Well, they had the collections of the Paul Levitz-written Huntress stories, but I don't think they bothered with the Joey Cavalieri-scripted ones (starting with Wonder Woman #296).tony ingram wrote:I still don't understand why they've never released a collected edition with this and all of the Huntress strips from Wonder Woman.

I noticed that yesterday too, sounds interesting, I hadn't noticed the original solicitation in February Previews.MajorHoy wrote:Hey! Guess what?

Remembering what was written in the solicitations of other facsimile editions seen before, I think these should.[/quote]MajorHoy wrote:

Hopefully the LCS served from the new distributors should have received it, other ones and in the rest of the world will have to wait.....a month?MajorHoy wrote: Also, even though it's supposedly "Offered to coincide with the Catwoman 80th Anniversary 100-Page Super Spectacular #1", I don't think that book has been scheduled for a new release date yet. Re: Huntress (Helena Wayne version)
Also, Huntress began her back-up feature run in Wonder Woman starting with issue #271, forty years ago this year.
cover-dated September 1980, the GCD lists the on-sale date for that issue as June 11, 1980.
Oh, and the major threat Huntress will have to deal with was revealed at the end of that issue's story:
