Killer Moth (initially identified as "Cameron van Cleer")
First appearance: Batman #63 (cover-dated February-March 1951,
but listed as on-sale date of December 6, 1950):
And his entry from Who's Who: The Definitive Directory of the DC Universe Vol. XII (February 1986):
NOTE: Years later, Killer Moth had the misfortune of being the first foe beaten by Barbara Gordon in a Batgirl outfit.
Also, it was eventually revealed that Killer Moth's real identity was that of Drury Walker, and later he was transformed into the creature Charaxes.

Why did I think that Van Cleer and Walker were two different characters...?
