Happy 50th Anniversary to the Bronze Age (Rose &) Thorn!

First appearance: Superman's Girl Friend Lois Lane #105 (October 1970)

NOTE = Thorn first appeared in the main Lois Lane story

But her backstory was revealed in her own back-up feature, which also began in issue #105.

Y'know, it's amazing how sexist and dated the writing of that story is 50 years later, but for me the character was still worthwhile.

I completely agree, every comic book/Bd/novel/romance, etc. it is the "son" of the time in which it was "produced", also for this reason it is interesting to read them 50 years later to understand something more of those distant times... Wink
