Pink (and white) `Fliers`
On E.Bay just now is a `white` flier for the first ever issue of Beano comic in July 1938 (I think price starts at £449)
I recently won a Beano dated 16 Jan 1965 paying over £15 for it! It contained the 4 page `pink` that advertised the new Thomson tile `Sparky`
I have a Smash comic dated 15 Oct 1970 with a `pink` for `Thunder`
Anyone know of other `Pinks` or `whites` I would love it confirmed that there were `Pinks` in Dandy or Beano dated 16 September 1967 and 25 January 1969. Anyone help please?

I'm pretty sure I remember the Jan 1969 BEANO one, Alan: coz it advertised I SPY coming soon in Sparky!

I have a one-page one advertising the re-launched Marvel from 1902 or 3. Discovered it in a "not amazing" bound volume of The Boys' Friend from those years, i don't think the ebayer i bought it off even knew it was there.

You can get lucky like that from time to time. I bought a copy of Doctor Who Weekly #3 from ebay a couple of years ago-cheap, because it didn't have the free transfers in it. When I read it, I found the transfers tucked inside...felneymike wrote:I have a one-page one advertising the re-launched Marvel from 1902 or 3. I'd forgotten such flyers existed till Alan started this thread. Saw one or two pink ones in the Beano or something in the late 70s but far too long ago to remember what they advertised.
