Golden Age Phantom Lady (Sandra Knight) - Fox Feature version

As per the Golden Age Phantom Lady (Sandra Knight) thread in the DC Comics section, which focuses on the Quality Comics / DC comics version of the character,

From 1947-1949, a slightly different Phantom Lady (but still Sandra Knight) would appear in comic books published by Fox Feature Syndicate.

According to an article on Wikipedia, The concept of Phantom Lady was created by the (Will) Eisner & (Jerry) Iger studio and then sold to Quality Comics.  Once Quality Comics was no longer using the character, Iger Studios (Will Eisner was no longer involved at that time) later sold the concept to Fox Feature Syndicate for its use.
The first issue of Fox's Phantom Lady comic book was issue #13 (picking up the numbering from a previous comic book series) and ran through issue #23.  (After that, yet another comic book series took over the issue numbering.)

Two new Phantom Lady stories were included in issue #13:



Additionally, the issue included a Blue Beetle feature. (That character had first been published by Fox in 1939.)
