It looks like Dakor appeared in two other issues of Mystic Comics back in 1940, then he received an entry in the Marvel Mystery Handbook: 70th Anniversary Special for 2009.

And in 2013, he returned in the Matt Fraction / Lee Allred FF series.

I think you mean Michael Allred.
No, I went with Lee Allred because of the writing credits.
Michael Allred did the art, with Laura Allred on colors. But Lee Allred got story credits on those later issues in the run.
