R.I.P. Kevin O'Neill (1953 - 2022)

I've only just heard this. Terrible news. I interviewed Kev years ago and ended up chatting to him a few times; he much preferred phone calls to email back then, in fact I'm not sure he even had internet for a long time! He was a genuinely lovely bloke. And far too young to go like this.

I just saw this, too. What a loss. He did 2 of my favorite series (LOEG and Marshal Law) and his work was so amazing. Awful.

He was a great Artist. I remember buying those Apocalypse comics only to be able to read his great Marshall Law   R.I.P. Kevin, he will be missed

I am listening to the audiobook of Illuminations, and the Thunderman story is dedicated to Mr. O'Neill. That was nice.

The entire British comics community seems to be talking about Kev. I hope he knew how much people liked and admired him.
