Some of his more recent work could be a bit shaky, but back in the day his artwork was incredible.

Just heard. A great loss to the industry, aside from being a fantastic and hugely influential artist, he was a pioneering champion of creators rights. A very sad day for the industry.

Yeah, I read some of the interviews, and his son talks about how he was a father figure for a lot of other creators. He mentored them, fought for their rights. What a loss. Sounds like a great guy.
