The title speaks for itself, really: which was the better event, 1984's Marvel Super-Heroes Secret Wars or DC's 1985 50th anniversary epic, Crisis on Infinite Earths? I loved them both, though I think Crisis comes out slightly ahead for me because it included far more characters and its effects were more far reaching.

Crisis is just a fantastic comic. No other event's ever even come close to it for me.

I think by about 1988, event fatigue had already set in for me, really. There've been a few I've liked since, but none that had the same impact as COIE or Secret Wars, or even Legends.
