Musketeer and many of the others who made up the "Batmen of All Nations" (but not the Ranger) made a return appearance in World's Finest Comics #89 (July-August 1957):




After that, Roy Thomas included the other Batman-inspired international heroes (but, again, not the Ranger) as an international hero team formed after WWII and inspired by the JSA (not Batman in the post-CoIE continuity):
