Margaret Thatcher has died

The woman they nicknamed the Iron Lady of British politics has passed away after a stroke, aged 87. She will not soon be forgotten I suspect, whatever you might think of her. An incredible woman.

I've been listening to Tramp the Dirt Down by Elvis Costello a lot recently. Did Mrs T have any memorable comics appearances? Dave McKean's classic cover to Hellblazer #3 springs to mind.

Not exactly Mrs. T, but a fairly obvious spoof of her was Iron Aggie, the robot PM in the classic Robo-Hunter storyline 'Play it Again, Sam' in 20000AD. The actual Mrs. T also appeared in Leah Moore and John Reppion's 'Albion' series, in which she was revealed to have survived the Brighton bombing because she was wearing the Eye of Zoltec, which gave Tim Kelly his invulnerability in Kelly's Eye.
