Dejah Thoris (Vol.2) from Dynamite
I'm not reading this myself, but if Chu's Red Sonja is getting a discussion, might as well also talk about Dejah Thoris.

Re: Dejah Thoris (Vol.2) from Dynamite
I've been reading the series, as I've followed the character for years now, but I haven't seen the latest issue. We've been a few weeks behind on our comics this month, and Dejah isn't actually on my pull list-I tend to just catch up as and when I have enough spare cash to afford to. It is usually a good read, though.

Anyone seen the recent-ish Disney film John Carter?

I saw the Marvel Comics adaptation of it, which looked terrible. And was made to look even worse by the fact that Dynamite had a much better John Carter book out at the same time.Lucy McGough wrote:Anyone seen the recent-ish Disney film John Carter?

The film's pretty awful. I wouldn't advise viewing it when sober. Or, y'know, paying actual money for it.

Six years ago is still fairly recent.
